1. Who we are

CyberSecurityV (“we”) operates the website cybersecurityv.com, the public registry and the client portal. Questions about this policy: hello@cybersecurityv.com.

2. What we collect

Application and contact forms: company and product details, the name, work email and role of the contact person, and the message you write. Server logs: IP address, user agent, requested address and time, kept for 30 days for security and troubleshooting. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts or advertising identifiers on the public site.

3. Why and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a preliminary assessment (pre-contractual steps at your request); to perform a verification you have ordered (contract); to maintain the public registry, which contains company and product names but no personal data of individuals (legitimate interest in a verifiable registry); to protect our systems (legitimate interest).

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract. Data may be disclosed where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a verification: 12 months. Verification records and evidence: the validity period of the certificate plus 12 months. Server logs: 30 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable. Write to hello@cybersecurityv.com.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
